Providence PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a Medicare program providing whole-person care to seniors in Washington, Oregon and Northern California. We provide geriatric medical care to seniors at our clinics and in the comfort of their homes in addition to supplying our communities with transportation services, assisted living facilities, adult day care programs, therapeutic services and recreational activities. Our centers focus on keeping older adults active and fostering independence with embedded clinics providing medical care.
