Senior Manager Patient Access *Remote* Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Access, the Senior Manager of Patient Engagement Center (PEC) Operations is responsible for administering the daily operations of the PEC and for ensuring department goals and objectives are achieved and maintained, including a high-level of personalized customer service. This position will collaborate with the Executive Director Enterprise Access and leaders across the system to strategize and implement new service offerings and scope. The Senior Manager is directly responsible for motivating and developing staff, and cultivating a positive culture and team environment for the PEC while ensuring achievement of operational goals, productivity/efficiency metrics, and service levels.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
8 years experience managing daily operations of contact centers, preferably in a healthcare environment
6 years experience managing teams to provide extraordinary customer experience and performance excellence
1 year experience working in a new or start up environments with rapidly growing scope and evolving strategy
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field
2 years experience with centralized scheduling and contact centers in healthcare
