The Role:
As the Director of Operations, you'll be the cornerstone of our service line's success across multiple ministries, ensuring excellence in financial outcomes and key performance measures. This regional position allows you to step into leadership roles such as Interim Administrator, Co-Administrator, or Consultant at various ministries, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Trailblazer: Collaborate with the SNF/AL Regional team to design and propagate workflows that promote operational excellence. Ensure these improvements are ingrained and sustainable across the service line.
Contract Conductor: Optimize and oversee administrative agreements and contracts, from Food and Dining Services to Medical Equipment and Hospice care. You'll ensure these partnerships are effectively managed and reviewed annually.
Technology Innovator: Lead the integration and management of advanced technology, including scheduling platforms and systems like call light and virtual visit technology. Represent the service line on our Home and Community Care Line of the Business Technology Committee, steering the introduction of new technologies.
Emergency Strategist: Provide leadership for the Service Line Disaster and Emergency Preparedness Plan, conducting audits and spearheading compliance improvements. Head the Value Analysis Team to standardize products and cut purchasing costs.
What You'll Bring:
Leadership Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare; Master's degree (MBA or MHA preferred). 7 years in healthcare Senior Leadership roles, ideally within SNF administration.
Regulatory Savvy: Deep knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, with experience leading responses to surveys.
Financial Insight: Proven ability in financial reporting, budget management, and labor productivity analysis.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a knack for fostering collaborative relationships.
Adaptability & Innovation: Thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adapting to new challenges and responsibilities.

Pay Range: $ 63.50 - $ 100.26
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
