DEI Manager *Remote*

DEI Manager *Remote with occasional local travel for meetings or as needed*

This role will lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, crafting and executing campaigns and events and supporting the deployment of DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives. This individual will deliver on our goal of advancing world-class health with human connection through our shared commitment to DEI. The individual will partner with the DEI team to push the creative envelope and bring bold, new thinking to engaging key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years - Developing and implementing DEI strategies and tactics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Organizational Development or other general liberal studies degrees. Or equivalent educ/experience.
