Providence Health & Services Program Manager, Operational Excellence in Everett, Washington


Providence is calling a Program Manager, Operational Excellence (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.

We are seeking a a program manager will be responsible for creating/coordinating/facilitating project planning frameworks and projects to transform care in the NW Region. The program manager will assist in providing key stakeholders with support through actionable analytics to improve outcomes, including integrated data to identify opportunities for optimal performance.

In this position you will:

  • Create/coordinate project planning frameworks and coordinate projects related to transforming care systems for the Northwest Region

  • Coordinate projects and ensures timely completion

  • Monitors progress of projects.

  • Escalates to Sr Director as issues arise.

  • Meet or exceed department financial goals

  • Monitors budgets.

  • Tracks savings from all projects.

  • Follows standard work/processes of PH&S NWR.

  • Utilizes financial data to improve systems and structures.

  • Develops and maintains project dashboards and plans and assists in the implementation of projects to drive transformation

  • Develops dashboards as indicated.

  • Liaison with internal customers

  • Organizes, schedules and plans meetings

  • Manages time to ensure efficient delivery of results

  • Uses local and system data resources to provide financial and clinical data (and analytics) to promote action-oriented decisions


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in Project Management, Facilitation, Electronic publishing, and Data Analytics.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Coursework Training - Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management and Facilitation

  • Extensive experience with a variety of software tools—Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams.

  • Experience in Healthcare.

  • Experience supporting clinicians to drive to outcomes.
