Providence Health & Services Office Services Clerk in Beaverton, Oregon
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Office Services Clerk to our location in Beaverton, OR.
We are seeking a Office Services Clerk to be is responsible for a variety of support functions within Office Services including incoming and outgoing mail from varies Health Plans sites, departments, and teams. The Admin clerk is a cross-functional position. Duties include but are not limited to filing, distribution of reports, literature packets for members, groups, and agents, address correction, and mail handling.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Perform simple work processing and data entry tasks.
Maintain department filing.
Prepare departments mailings.
Open and date stamp all mail.
Distribute mail in accordance with performance standards.
Stock copy centers within the Health Plan with office supplies.
All special handling mail such as UPS, etc.
Stage mail for courier pickup.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to members, employers, and providers.
Prepare daily packets for group sales proposal packets.
Prepare admin manuals for agents/groups.
Prepare member packet for new enrolled groups.
Maintain phone log report with request for literature.
Required qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED.
1 year clerical experience in an office environment.
